1. Payment Terms
- Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods include card, cash, or bank transfer.
- Late payments may incur additional fees.
2. Health Fund Claims
- If eligible, clients may claim remedial massage services with their health fund using the provided invoice details.
- Elevated Therapy is not responsible for rejected claims or changes to health fund policies.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Non-attendance ("no-show") will be charged at 100% of the appointment fee.
4. Clinical Scope & Responsibilities
- Remedial massage is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
- Clients must disclose relevant medical history, injuries, or health changes before treatment.
- Elevated Therapy reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is unsafe or contraindicated.
5. Treatment Outcomes
- Results vary between individuals.
- Elevated Therapy does not guarantee specific outcomes but aims to provide evidence-based, professional care.
6. WorkCover / CTP / Third-Party Claims
- All approved claims must be verified prior to treatment.
- Any rejected or unpaid claims remain the responsibility of the client.
7. Privacy
- Client information is kept confidential and stored securely in accordance with Australian privacy laws.
- Information is only shared with client consent or where legally required.
8. Liability
- While all care is taken, the client accepts responsibility for any adverse reactions that arise from undisclosed conditions or failure to follow aftercare advice.
9. Agreement
- By receiving treatment or paying an invoice, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
